Race Architecture

Designed Around Performance

The VZ TCR converts CUPRA’s five-door production silhouette into a purpose-built touring car. Its major systems are arranged to support aerodynamic efficiency, repeatable braking, rapid service and precise front-wheel-drive performance.

Front aero package

VZ bodywork, splitter and revised front-axle geometry manage airflow while sharpening turn-in response.

Turbo power unit

The transverse 1,984 cc turbocharged inline-four is integrated with dedicated race cooling and control systems.

Safety and data cell

The competition cockpit combines the homologated safety structure, open-top steering wheel and seven-inch driver display.

Rear aero balance

The rear wing works with the body profile and floor airflow to balance the front aerodynamic load.

Form Follows Function

The VZ TCR retains CUPRA’s recognizable lighting signature and five-door proportions while adding functional racing surfaces: a vented hood, widened bodywork, front splitter, flat-floor airflow management and an adjustable rear wing.
